I’m Donna Piper — a trauma-informed movement therapist, podcast host, and wellness mentor living with Lipedema, MCAS, and chronic fatigue.


But for most of my life, I didn’t know I had them.
What I did know was that something felt wrong in my body — and no one was listening.

I was dismissed by doctors.
I was told to “just try harder.”


I blamed myself for the pain, the swelling, the exhaustion, and the symptoms no one could explain.


And like so many women, I believed it was my fault.

But it wasn’t.
And it’s not yours either.

 

My Approach:

 

I believe healing doesn’t happen by pushing harder.
It happens when you feel safe, supported, and deeply heard.

 

In our work together, we’ll gently uncover the beliefs and experiences that may be holding you back—emotionally, physically, or spiritually. You’ll learn how to listen to your body as a guide, not a battleground. You’ll build self-trust. And you’ll move forward feeling more whole, more grounded, and more open to love in all forms.

 

Because when you are embodied and seen—everything changes.

✨ Mission Statement

My mission is to help women heal the emotional and physical wounds that have left them feeling unseen, unheard, and misunderstood—especially in their own bodies.

I create spaces of deep safety and soulful connection where women can reconnect with their body’s wisdom, regulate their nervous system, and transform long-held pain into embodied power.

Through somatic trauma healing, spiritual insight, and movement-based practices, I support women in reclaiming their voice, their worth, and the ability to be fully present in love, health, and life.

But my work doesn’t stop there.

I am deeply committed to raising awareness about chronic illness, fat disorders, and invisible conditions like Lipedema, MCAS, and ME/CFS, EDS—especially among women and teenage girls who have been told for far too long that their pain is “normal,” their body is the problem, or their symptoms are all in their head.

I want YOU to know:
You are different, not less.
Your body is not broken.
You deserve care, understanding, and the freedom to live a full, joyful life.

Whether through coaching, education, advocacy, or storytelling—I am here to be a voice for the voiceless, a guide for the sensitive, and a mirror for the woman who forgot how powerful she truly is.
